Pentair 650019 Kwik Change Color Lens Cover Replacement Kit SpaBrite and AquaLight Pool/Spa Light

We love these Pentair Kwik Change Color Lenses.Each of them fit nicely and they each deliver a beautiful color to the spa. The two shades of blue are so pretty they are hard to resist. I was certain the pink, red and green would be weird, but they aren't! They are all pretty. The purple is more lavender and much more subtle than the others once attached. I did not expect to like the green and figured it could be more of a Saint Patrick's Day lens, but as it turns out it is one of my favorite! Who knew? The kids love the red. It is really dramatic, and very cool. All of the colors really deliver!I was able to get some pictures but the purple is so light, a photo did not show it, so I did not bother to post it. The blues are close in color and all of the colors are prettier in person. They are definitely more vibrant. Hope this helps in the event that you are considering the purchase of these fantastic Pentair 650019 Kwik Change Color Lens Covers. Their a lot of fun and we couldn't be happier.

They are very flimsy. Don't try to force them when you put them on. I broke one trying to install. The cheapness of the product gives you very weak colors. It was good enough for me as I was just looking for a touch of color to my spa light. Where I feel these are a bad deal is the cost. You are getting probably $.25 worth of materials for $28. A bit of a ripoff if you ask me, but they were the only thing that fit on my Pentair spa lights. If I could find a better product within the return period of this product I'll will certainly do it. I'm personally shocked that Pentair would put their name on this.

I replaced my 100W incandescent spa bulb with an 8W LED bulb. Compared to my pool, which has a 27W LED that lights it up nicely, these covers don't change the color of the spa bulb nearly as much, since the spa is only about 8 ft. in diameter and the light is reflecting off of the opposite side of the spa. So, these would need to be much darker in color to give me the right effect. I even stacked two of the bluish covers on top of each other to get a darker color, but it still did not look as blue as the pool. I bought a VERY nice deep Blue Devil sapphire cover for the pool http://www.amazon.com/Blue-Devil-B8481-Light-Cover/dp/B004GW1FTS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1439388191&sr=8-1&keywords=blue+pool+light+cover, but they don't make a similar one for the spa. So, I bought a second pool-sized Blue Devil and will try to modify it to fit over one of these Pentair covers somehow. I'm thinking of heating it up to bend to the same shape as these smaller covers and then gluing it on... For the pool, you can't go wrong with the Blue Devil cover if you like blue.

Cool effect for a cheap price. I wanted to avoid the hefty price tag that comes with LED colored pool lights. Not worth it to me. This, my friends, is a cheap alternative. The plastic covers have a lip along the outer edges that fit into the stainless base of the light. It is an easy installation and most likely you will need to get in your pool to install them. My daughters and their friends kick them off often as they frolic in the pool and the edges soon get worn, so they become harder to keep locked in place. Because of this situation, they will need to be replace every so often, but still a cheaper option than colored bulbs. 3/5 stars for having lips that could protrude a little more for a more secure application.

Not as good as a light. I was having trouble finding a light for the spa manufactures don’t make this particular size anymore. So I had to go another route for a color caps. The color caps work, it does give color to your spa. Not as good as a led light would. But satisfied.

I like the various colors but this lens cover doesn't adhere to the light very well and it doesn't take much for it to fall off. It does not stay on the spa light if the spot is turned on. Maybe I bought the wrong cover for my light, but the small "clips" on the plastic do not hold very well.

These lens covers were not dark enough to turn the pool water a different color,the white light just shined right through the covers. Had to return.

This was advertised for in ground pools. These are tiny and would not fit any in ground pool I have ever seen. False advertisement.
