I want to start by saying that the seller is absolutely fantastic, and the product itself appears to be of high quality. However, I must share my personal experience with moringa, which unfortunately wasn't as positive as I'd hoped.As someone who's heard rave reviews about moringa's energy-boosting and health benefits, I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, after taking just one capsule with my evening meal, I experienced severe constipation. It was a real shock, as I'd expected a more positive outcome.I want to emphasize that this might not be the case for everyone, especially those with good gut health. However, I strongly advise consulting with your healthcare professional before trying moringa, especially if you have any pre-existing digestive issues.While my experience was disappointing, I don't want to deter others from trying moringa. The quality of the moringa tablets was very good. They were small in size so could easily be swallowed. They were a great addition to my healthy eating. The tablets had no strong taste or smell. Great value for money.

These Moringa Capsules are absolutely amazing for your health. I've done my research on Moringa Capsules and they're considered as nature's multivitamins. They're full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals and are a great way to boost your energy.Previously, I have used Moringa powder but I find that the powder can sometimes be a bit overpowering and can ruin the taste of your smoothies or juices. However, the capsules are perfect to get the same benefits without it overpowering the taste of your drinks.You get 60 capsules in the bottle and you only have to take one a day which means this will last you for 2 months which is great value for money. These capsules don't have a weird aftertaste or give you an upset stomach unlike some herbal medications. The only thing is I found that the capsules were a bit large. However, the outer shell is quite smooth so there's not too much of an issue swallowing them. I'm really pleased with them and would definitely recommend them!
