I love this product and use all the time, but decided to add it to a subscribe and save option. Scored a 3 because the produce is great but I assume problem is with the retailer. Opened and tipped it into the feeder before realising contents were damp and mouldy. Amazon service was as usual excellent and gave me an immediate refund. But just a caution to anyone else ordering - check before you use / open as now I've got to fully empty and clean out the feeder to ensure no spores left.

I've brought before with no issues but when this arrived the packaging was in tack but the contents were mouldy and smelt really bad 😔 Unable to return? Would either like another or money back please
