Miken | 2023 | DC 41 Slowpitch Softball Bat | Supermax Load | USA/ASA | 14" Barrel

I bought the bat 2 weeks ago, and it came hot right out of the wrapper. Now with about 200 swings on it, it's one of the hottest ASA bats I've ever used. Time will tell how long it will hold up, but I'm impressed with how the ball jumps off this bat, and how smooth the swing is with the maxload.

Bat has great pop straight out the wrapper. Took the wrapper off right before my game. I love it. Everyone on the team said bat is awesome and has great pop and big barral hard to miss.

The DC41 holds a place of high esteem among veteran softball power hitters, due to its lively barrel, stiff handle and one ounce endload. I have personally been swinging them since 2017, and this new one is no exception. If anything, this one seems hotter out of the wrapper than it’s predecessors, with less than 100 swings it’s hitting as far my bats with 500+ swings on them. The endload can pose a challenge for some hitters, but if you can handle the weight it is very smooth through the zone, and the pop is surprising. Finally the sweet spot is huge, which should minimize your mishits.Highly recommended for power hitters.

I bought this bat hoping for a step up in production. I have always been a high average hitter but wanted to add a little more "pop" to my swing. I decided to spend the additional dollars and get a composite bat. At the beginning, I was getting similar results to what I had experienced with my previous bat. I just figured it was because of the newness of the bat. But then after a month or so, the bat just felt dead - like it was cracked from the inside. I had various teammates try it and they experienced the same feel. When you tapped it on the ground, it sounded like a cracked bat. I would never buy this bat again or any Miken product.

10/10 recommend. My boyfriend and I both use this bat for our softball leagues. It’s approved in both leagues and an amazing bat!

I struggled on how to rate this bat. The bat feels great, has great pop, and after maybe 50 swings or so is ready to crank bombs. Only issue is, I’ve only had it two weeks and it’s now dead. Bought it for church league to help out some of the weaker hitters get good line drives. Doesn’t even have 200 hits on it, and it’s dead. Tap the handle and it’s dim. So that’s not good. I’ll be sending it back to Miken for a warranty claim. Maybe it was just a lemon.

I wrote a previous review on the 2021 bat. I have to say this is one of my favorite bats I've owned. It swings fluid and the pop "was" sound (hit long bombs!) About two months ago the cap came off in practice, since it exceeded the warranty in time. I bought the right glue and made it work. Well two weeks ago I shattered the bat...broke my heart as we are in playoffs for the season ending and I have no bat to replace this bat that I have grown so used to. oh well that's the story. Side bar; I did not play through the summer as I broke my finger at the end of the season last year. I am not sure what the longevity of this bat really is. I do hit the ball harder than must even though I am 58 now.

Love this bat, my husband and I play Co-ed and have a hard time finding a bat that works for the men and women. I was hesitant about the end-loaded bats because I don't swing super hard, but this bat gets around fast and has amazing pop right out of the box. Have been using it for a few weeks and still LOVE it!
