There used to be a much much more expensive alternative used in restaurants. They cost upwards of $1000. These work just as well. If you have industrial fryers and don’t want to spend $30,000 on lift arms and digital timers, these will do the job. Get this and a $4000 Pitco setup and save yourself $27K on kitchen equipment costs. These don’t break easily, the times can be set for multiple cook times.

This kitchen timer is very helpful for daily for me workplace. It is easy to set and the buttons are simple to understand. The alarm is loud enough to hear from another room, which helps for times for store need.

It would be nice if instructions to program were included but once we figured it out we were fine. Works great! Has definitely spared me forgotten baked goods!

Really nice

As a restaurant owner,I can tell you this is a must have. No more burned cheese sticks,jumbo shrimp or anything else you cook on the fryer. We also use it as a timer for the oven since we got so many spots to preset different timers.
