I am changing my evaluation of this product to zero stars. After 45 days of use the product has failed. The specific problem was the product would not recharge. In speaking with Amazon Customer Service, the Amazon representative acknowledged that other customers have experienced the same problem but he indicated that Amazon does not have a separate policy for defective products that fail beyond the 30-day warranty. This admission demonstrates that Amazon knowingly shipped a defective product and continues to offer this product.

All the negative reviews are true. Don't buy it. It's a waste of money.If you've owned a Clarisonic before, you need to understand that this is no longer the product that you formerly bought. They are now being produced with defective switches. It turns on randomly at night and runs continuously until the battery dies, turns off randomly when you're using it. You can press the button a dozen times to no effect, and then the next press it suddenly it works. Then suddenly it doesn't.Since the return window already closed I opened it up to troubleshoot. Faulty switch. There ought to be a legal process in the patent office to strip them of their patent so that a responsible manufacturer can bring the formerly brilliant product back to life.

It doesn’t charge right. Nothing like the original. The head is wobbly and very disappointing. I tried buying it again but it is still not good

I’m so glad I made the jump in purchasing my Clarisonic! I am recently postpartum and have experienced somewhat dramatic changes in my skin texture and hyperpigmentation that was hard to accept. I remember my mother using a Clarisonic when growing up and that it worked well, so I decided to order one for myself to see if it would help and it definitely does. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and my skin has felt much smoother and looks better in photos and the mirror. I feel that it’s actually removing dead skin, and that’s allowing my moisturizers to work better than they had been. I haven’t charged it in over 2 weeks and it still works great. I love the timed function that pulses when it’s time to move from one section of my face to the next. The brush head is a little difficult to put on like other reviews have mentioned, to the point that I was scared to break it, but I got it on after a few minutes of toying with it. My mother still uses hers as it has lasted this long, so I’m hoping for the same lifespan out of mine. A cheaper brush just can’t replace the quality of exfoliating in my opinion. I would purchase this again in a heartbeat based on my experience.

Ordered one, it was defective, would not turn on unless the on button was pressed several times. When using the brush, I used it until it turned off after finishing the cycle, but then it would turn on by itself randomly, sometimes in the middle of the night. I requested and received a replacement. The replacement worked as expected until it needed to be recharged. It will not recharge. It appears Amazon is selling defective products. I have been using this product for years and it's the first time I have had an issue. I do not recommend buying this from Amazon.

Great product. Cleanses very well and is gentle on the skin.

I used this for less than three months and it stopped working. I charged it the first time it seemed great. When I recharged it, it worked for a day and then stopped working. I charged it again. It won’t turn on. Literally nothing is happening. AND. I can’t get a replacement or a refund. Garbage product. Buyer beware.
