I have been researching decarb and infusion units for a while now and the Ardent FX is hands-down the best bang for your buck. I’ve made multiple batches of butter and MCT oil that I’ve infused and made some amazing edibles with. The unit itself is very easy to use, simple to clean and works flawlessly. It’s quiet and definitely built to last! Highly recommended!

I've been making my own edibles for years; the hard way. After research, I chose the Ardent FX (pic provided- middle of infusing).1) price was reasonable2) decarb/ infuser and can bake small edibles3) easy to use !!!!4) outer size is smaller with still large quantity use inside- very little wasted space5) easy to clean !!!*if you plan to infuse buy the silicone sleeve OR go to your local cornerstone and buy a silicone measuring cup that will fit your Ardent FX6) personally don't care, but for those who do there's minimal smell to no smell depending upon your sniffer7) support gets back to you quickly and is pleasantRemember: *be nice, get nice*8) general appearance- nondescript cannister on a small pedestal to those who don't understand, so very discreet. Small enough to be put away if wanted out of sight.Most Importantly- NO FAIL!I can set it up, forget about it; it's perfect every time!! No wasted product!!!

Very user-friendly!

I first learned about these and the whole world of decarboxylation about 5 years ago when the Nova was just a baby. 2Chains randomly popped up on my feed one day with a episode on Vice about the Nova and it's been in my mental wish list every since. Fast forward to current times, 5 years later I actually have the extra money to play with to get my Decarboxylator. So I jump back online to look for the Nova and discovered🧐the new FX and FX Mini😲 Did my homework on those and then ordered the Mini. Everything about the order from placing it to receiving the order was a ray of sunshine. I think the Mini FX was definitely one of the fastest orders I've ever gotten before. Packaging is like a first impression when meeting someone new and it was definitely a pleasure meeting Ardent for the first time. Bare with me I'm right around the corner from the point of this novel 🙃 It's ready to rock and roll right out of the box. That was duly noted. Then got him plugged in with just one G inside. And that very first decarboxylated G was it. That was the one that officially sold me into turning right around and getting back online to order the big boy Ardent FX. I was going to just return the Mini only using it one time at the time and after ordering the big FX, but then I did another batch in the Mini, and then by the third batch I decided to keep the Mini too as a bonus to me. So now I'm 5 batches in now with my Mini already and Prince will be here in 4 days. Yes🤷‍♂️ I named my Decarboxylator 😊 That's how I'm dealing with the color purple guys🤷‍♂️😆 It's growing on me though for sure. Now I have both the FX and the Min. I'm definitely keeping both, and I couldn't be any happier. Now it's time to invest a little money into my home library collection now with some decarb, extract, amd infuse books. I purchased this device after a longtime of holding off because of the price at $217 when I purchased it. It had some negative reviews but also some great ones so I took a chance and bought and was not disappointed after the first use! It seemed maybe they had some lemon's that were sold and I was lucky and bought one of the good ones, I wish that was the case but nope I ended up with exactly what I was worried about getting just like several other reviews left on Amazon and pretty much anywhere else you find this product sold. It worked great the first time right after I purchased it and then sat in the box on my shelf for about 8 months since I would have only maybe needed to use twice a year for my needs. All I can say is that it's broken and won't heat anymore from what I can tell? It turns on and when the button is pressed the light turns red and stays on until you give up (32hrs in my case) without ever heating or turning off or give you any kind of sign something is wrong besides not doing anything it was intended to do. Of course my warranty was expired when I figured this out so I'm shit out of luck at this point!! From some of the recent review it sounds like this was a known issue and steps where taken to fix this problem hopefully. I would love to have the convenience of one of these little guys again but the possibility of having to invest $217 a year is not worth the risk considering my luck with this product already. If you do purchase one and it works you won't be disappointed but just beware of these issues many have had and I would recommend running it through many cycles to make sure it doesn't fail so it can be returned if you do end up with a lemon before your warranty expires like mine did, Good Luck!!

Works fairly well. Somewhat flimsy for how expensive it is, but the 2nd one we got is holding up well.To be honest, crockpot butter/etc is still likely the way to go.

This is an amazing machine that performs exactly as advertised. I previously would decarboxylate in my oven and my house would reek for hours, but with the Ardent Nova the odor is very minimal and the end result is worry free and perfectly processed. The end product also appears to be more potent than it was using the oven method because my oils and edibles seem a bit stronger than normal, although more research will need to be done. (Just so you know, my wife is more than willing to offer her services to check and report on the potency)I am excited to own this product and look forward to many hours, and years, of productive use.
