This is a plastic storage bag that makes sense. Instead of trying to fill it through a little sliver of an opening, you can fill this one easily because it opens wide and stays that way. I use it when I'm cleaning my roommate's litter box. It makes not-the-world's-most-fun-thing-to-do go a little faster and easier.
