The rating is for the delivery process
The product is great. The delivery was terrible. You'd think it'd be easy to deliver a bottle of shampoo. They wrapped it in bubble wrap, but left the lid exposed. This allowed a good portion of it to open and spill. Whomever packaged it should be fired.
