I received the phone and used it for less than one month when the screen and camera suddenly became faint and unclear. I sent the device to Samsung service, where they claimed that water had entered the phone. This is completely incorrect, as the phone was never exposed to water. Despite this, Samsung refused to cover the issue under warranty and asked me to repair it at my own expense for 3,350 AED, which is unreasonable for a device that failed within such a short period of normal use. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The product quality is poor, and the customer care service is even worse. I would not recommend buying this product or trusting Samsung’s after-sales service.

Good mobile, upgraded from S23u. Not much of a difference in day to day life. My purpose was to be able to use 2 esim at the same time which S23u wouldnt do. Rest is all the same for the day to day life.

Great device to use battery is strong enough that you can use for intire day without recharge again it as fast charging option of 1hr to full charge. Ai system is amazing. Factory made interpreter/google translation. Camera and etc all Al hamdulillah fantastically. Faster CPU 👌 note that Middle East device - (( TDRA )) -Not supporting auto records on direct calls. This is only what I don't like on this mobile.
