I’ve been taking Intimate Rose Myo‑Inositol & D‑Chiro Inositol (40:1 ratio with Vitamin D₃ & Ashwagandha) for about 2 months. While I haven't had drastic results yet, my periods have become more predictable and less painful, and I feel less bloated and more energetic overall. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it's vegan and made in the USA.My only concerns are that I sometimes feel sleepy midday when I take a full dose without food, and the bottle seemed small for the price—though this formulation is clean and effective. I plan to continue for at least one more month to give it a full trial.

Doesn’t have a taste which is helpful bc the pills are big so they’re pretty tough to swallow. Did help minimize symptoms pretty good value for money

Second time buying from this company. The first set had vitamin D3 which studies suggest vitamin D3raises vitamin D levels faster and more effectively than vitamin D. It stays in the body longer, may have better effects on insulin sensitivity & menstrual regularity.Hopefully this doesn't affect the way it works to much. But I must say I'm disappointed that they changed it.
