Best value I could find and well made and easy to use

I got this product for general wrist-strengthening rather than specifically for injury rehab. Even though I'm not particularly strong and struggle to open jar lids, I found all of the bars too easy to bend except for the highest-resistance one. You're therefore likely not going to use all of these bars yourself. One idea to make this purchase efficient could be to gift the least-resistance bars to the oldest member of your family. The only real thing I'm not keen on are the chemicals that are used to make the product. I recommend washing your hands thoroughly after each use.

No complaints about the product. Quality appears to be good. Only time will tell. Easy to use. Video tutorial easy to follow. But delivery was a disaster. Buzzed the courier into a block of flats. Waited for him to come up. Didn't arrive. Turns out secure location was by the front door of a multi-storey block of flats. It wouldn't have been ideal if I'd been given notice to come down and collect the items, but I was just left waiting by my front door. I only realised what had happened when I checked online.

Recommended by my physiotherapist as a means to strengthen the muscles in my lower arms to help with arthritic hands and fingers. I was sceptical at first but 6 weeks on, really appreciate the positive difference that they have made. Will be continuing to use them for 5 minutes a day going forward

These are great for me in terms of building forearm, wrist and hand strength. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m using these to help regain strength I have lost. I’m glad I decided to get the pack of four different strengths because I need to change the strength depending on which exercise I want to do. There is a downloadable pdf which contains instructions for different exercises. You need to scroll through other pieces of equipment to find these bars.

Un buen producto que, con un precio inferior a otros de mayor renombre, ofrece más versatilidad e idéntica eficacia. Recomiendo la opción con los cuatro colores, merece la pena. El manual en papel es algo confuso, pero en la web se encuentra material suficiente y además existen varios vídeos en Youtube que explican como utilizar estos dispositivos en casos de codo de tenis o codo de golf.

Had this product for a few months and it is nice that they are a fraction of the brand name and you get 4 different weight bars instead of just 1. Great budget find. Has held up and helped relieve the tennis elbow. Slow and consistent work has with the bar has improved my elbow.

These work as well as the theraband bars my physical therapist uses but are much less expensive. Excellent quality. Happy to have an affordable way to continue my arm rehab exercises at home.
