I got to know about Sauerkraut from the book Superlife written by Darin Olien. I purchased this book (hardcopy) from Amazon only.I didn’t have any idea how it would taste like, bit skeptical to purchase. Still I gave it a try. When I opened the container, I didn’t smell or taste like regular food. But it did taste better once I kept it in refrigerator for couple of days. I am loving it now.I am feeling the changes after consuming it regularly in laat couple of days. I used to get minor abdominal pain/discomfort when I take pizza or spring rolls or any spicy fast food and I had to rush to washroom next morning😝I didn’t feel that kind of illness/discomfort after eating those fast foods recently. I think this Sauerkraut is helping me to recover my gut health. By the way, I am not recommending to take fast food.Thank you for this product.

I was struggling with bloating and started eating this kimchi regularly. It’s helped a lot! Plus, the flavor is addictive. Great balance of health and taste.

Adding this to sandwiches takes the taste to another level. Gives a juicy, tangy crunch. I don’t eat bread without this anymore. Great product!

Wouldn’t give this product a single star. I don’t believe the person who’s producing this has ever tasted kimchi in their life. The product wasn’t edible at all and we ended up throwing both bottles straight into the trash. Don’t waste your money instead find a video on YouTube and you’d be better off making your own. I learned my lesson the hard way.

It has a nice flavor but it is packaged in plastic bottles. I mistook the bottles to be made of glass while ordering. Any food especially an acidic product in a plastic bottle is UNACCEPTABLE - NOT BUYING IT AGAIN!

The taste is good but its not as spicy as it should be.
