CrazyCap LYT Bottle - Self-Cleaning and UV Water Purification. Double Walled Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle.

I have the 25oz model for myself, and recently got the cap to replace my wife's swell bottle cap (works perfectly) so I figured I would get one for my daughter who is 7 to replace the basic water bottles she use which rely on a lot of plastic. While this is definitely heavier than she is used to, it is much easier to clean and she also love watching the light turn on letting her know that its actually cleaning her water. Similar to my wife she says she can taste a difference in the water (although she isn't the most reliable source of information on this kind of stuff).

I live in a small yet growing village in Belize where you can drink the water. In 2023, the water wasn't tasting like normal and a few days later we found out the water system had been contaminated. I started buying bottled water and researching other options. I decided to get this LYT bottle because it seemed the easiest to use. I liked that it killed bacteria and would be easy to travel with. I love the taste of the water (I love water, in general) and can tell the difference when I drink tap water while out and about. It is easy to use, the charge lasts for days, it's easy to charge, and mostly I find it kind of fun to 'make water'! I have all my friends try it when they come over. Sure, I get some funny looks but whatev! I've even threatened taste tests... Get it - you'll be glad you did! Your taste buds will thank you!I also purchased the LevelUpWay - Glass Hydrogen Generator Water Bottle SPE PEM Technology Water Ionizer and enjoy that as well.

Very nice, and works really well. Got the 25 oz. and a little heavy if full (stainless). I don't have to worry about drinking unsafe water. Likes the option of automatic safe cleaning feature.

Trying to reduce our purchase/consumption of plastic bottles, we frequently refill our water bottles. It has bothered me that germs and other nasties might be growing in our refilled bottles. This purification unit addressed that problem.I bought the small unit because I didn't want to carry around a heavy container. It doesn't hold a lot, but it works for me as I can periodically refill it from a kitchen pitcher which makes alkaline water.The only complaint I had was that papers and a dehumidifier packet were stuffed inside the flask. I pulled out the paper but didn't see the dehumidifier. I washed and emptied the flask before refilling it, but the packet must have been stuck inside. I poured water into it and drank from it! Horrors! I discovered the packet when the flask was almost empty. I drank all that water with the **do not consume**humidifier soaking in it! Oh well, it's been a few weeks and I'm still alive so I guess no harm done. Still....

Loved the water bottle but the cap only charged for the first 2 months and then it died. At that point it was too late to return. Definitely not worth the money for only 2 months.

I bought this to have by the bed for drinking at night. I got the disinfecting top to avoid the moldy smell/taste that sometimes developed with other stainless water bottles.Two problems:1. The bottle is too tall, and you won't be able to refill it in many bathroom sinks.2. The opening is inconvenient to drink from (too wide). I get that it needs to be wide for the disinfecting cap, but there are ways to handle that.My bottle developed a strange organic smell after a while. That might not be a fault of this bottle, but the disinfecting didn't fix it. Washing didn't fix it. I needed to scrub with vinegar to remove that smell.Bottom line: After a few months I decided to go to a shorter water bottle with a sport top.

I just got my beautiful, yellow bottle. I am so excited! My other reusable bottles have gotten so that nothing makes the water taste clean due to the slime on the bottle. I tried everything to get and keep that off, but nothing worked!I am so happy to have such a great solution to this problem the bottle is so well made, the cap is sturdy, charging is easy, and i am loving this beautiful yellow bottle.

I have a crazy cap that stopped working and purchased this one for about half what I originally paid for the Crazy Cap. I like the charging system better and wonder If the Crazy cap failed because it was plugged into my 18W Apple USB charger. I don’t wonder if I’m going to get sick drinking water or G2 after a long day. The double walled container keeps liquids cold all day so it’s really more of a safety thing.
