My bad for not noticing the amount of caffeine in these! Idk how I missed that. I’m sensitive to that high amount of caffeine and that’s the only reason I gave a 4 star. Otherwise, I believe these work! My workouts felt more efficient with more energy, endurance, quality and I def sweat a lot more during my workouts! My appetite became curved within a couple days of taking these. What I did was take one first thing in the morning (5:30am) with a small breakfast, the second one around 11:30-12noon. What I did end up doing is ordering the trim biome version sans caffeine. I’ve found it hard to hit/maintain my protein goals and caloric deficits while taking these ones. It disrupted taking my morning ritual of “profee” lol with it having so much caffeine in one dose- I would not be able to handle these supps+ my protein coffee. This product is useless. It simply does not work. Do not waste your hard earned cash on this. Amazon should really not sell products that do not do what they say they will. It is false advertising and ripping people off.

Make sure to be at home the whole day that you start on the capsules, I had diarrhea the whole first day. The capsules gives a great energy boost before workouts! Only taking one serving in the morning will not help with hunger throughout the whole day, but it helps for about half the day. I have not taken a second serving later in the day, simply because I don’t want the energy boost to interfere with my sleeping pattern incase it doesn’t work out before bedtime. I have lost weight while taking the capsules, but I have also changed my eating habits, it is therefore not possible to tell how much weight I have lost because of the capsules alone.

وصلتني علبة الدواء في حالة يرثى إليها من الداخل ، بمجرد فتحي للعلبة وجدت القطنة التي تحمي الدواء من الاهتزاز أثناء النقل كلها مليئة ببودر الكبسولات، ما هذا الكبسولات كلها متسخة. أما بخصوص فعالية الدواء ، صفر فعالية، أول يوم أخذت كبسولة وراقبت شهيتي ولكن لم أشعر بفرق نهائياً بتاتا، وتابعت يومين آخرين صبرا على النتيجة لكن شهيتي للأكل لم تتغير، فاليوم الرابع أخذت كبسولتين معا وفعلا لم أجد أي نتيجة. لا أعرف ما فائدة هذا الدواء، ولماذا الكذب في باقي المراجعات والادعاء انه دواء فعال لكبح الشهية، لابد أنه ترويج كاذب للمنتج. لا يستحق هذا المنتج أي نجمة، لكنني مضطرة أن اختار تصنيفا له.
