Dont know why they are not in Mumbai Stores. Asian paints have monopoly here, but dulux is better. Loved the consistency, shine and color. Its just a shade lighter than blue sticky tape.. perfect sky blue (aqua blue). I just used roller Dries quickly, and value for 💰 Money
