Amazing product!!
Love this stuff! Recommended by a dermatology PA I used to work for. I’ve gone through 2 whole bottles. Ran out, and saw a dramatic change in my skin when I wasn’t taking it. It also helped me to NOT get sunburnt like I always do.

Helps prevent sunburn
As a redhead, I have used this for 2 summers for sunburn prevention. I do think 2 capsules a day is better than one, and that you have to build it up in your system. I still wear sunscreen, but I have less issues burning when I'm using polypodium. It seems like it takes me longer to burn.

Sun savior!
As a person who gets sun poisoning very easily this was a big savior for the sun. Especially when I worked outside in the sun for summer. No signs of sun poisoning after consistent use.

Good source of Polypodium
I became interested in Polypodium for it's purported internal protection from UV damage to the skin. Was happy to find this product and source. Seems to be good quality and is easy to take with no side effects experienced. Can't really tell if the idea that it offers UV protection is valid, but it is another layer added to sunscreen and hats, clothing, etc.
