I am plus size. What I like about this black dress is the detail in the upper part of the dress. It has lace that has flowers in the pattern of the lace. The top layer is lace with a spaghetti strapped silky, slip-like material underneath the lacey material. Thr lace ends right below your breast area, then it switches to a sheer layer of black material over a silky slip material for the bottom half of the dress. You can tie a bow to the front, back, or side of the dress (empire waste line) and to give the dress shape on your body. This dress goes down slightly past your knees. It looks formal enough for any occasion or you can wear it on a date even. It is beautiful, made of good quality material, and fits perfectly. You can get your true size bc it fits as expected. No need to size up or down. I love this dress and it was quickly shipped too! 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This dress is amazing, and great for the price. It is a great party dress. I bought it for a wedding but also wore it to a Christmas party and it was perfect for both. The fit was just perfect as well, and it has a lot of lace and gauze to make you feel fancy. The tie at the waist was nice because it made the dress fit more accurately and also emphasized my chest. The dress was a lace dress over a tank top dress/slip and so yes, just a very pretty dress. Good value too.

Cute and Classy! This a perfect dress for a special occasion that requires you to be dressy but informal . I wore this to an evening party with gold wedges. It photographed well and didn’t look nexpemsove . I wa comfortable in the dress as a plus size woman. It wasn’t tight at all and fit as expected . The two things I didn’t like was how wrinkled it came w D the difficulty of getting them out. If you have steamer that would be ideal. If not I would try wetting it a few days before and smooth ou the wrinkles. Lastly the button on the back of the dress is cheap looking. I replaced it . Overall great dressy!

When I tell you that I STRUGGLED to find a dress for this wedding I'm attending, I mean I STRUGGLED. I literally bought 3 dresses including this one. The first one I bought a whole month in advanced. Loved it but it was too tight which was a bummer because it took a whole 3 weeks to get to me. I bought a 2nd dress just 3 days ago, it came, it was a perfect size but did not fit my style and did not hide the right places (being a plus-sized problem). I finally came across this and wondered as to why I didn't in the beginning. It fits me perfectly, I am about 245-250 lbs. I'm 5'3" and it stops at mid-calf for me. I usually range from a US size 18-20 and was disappointed to find out that they had sold out of the red color in the size 20. I went ahead and just ordered a 22 and it fits loosely but not to the point where I look like a balloon. Just enough to comfortable in. Many say that it runs larger than expected, I'm not sure if I'm just gaining that much weight but it fit as expected. Get it now!

I bought this dress for a wedding, and loved the fit and the fabric of the dress. It was comfortable, had great flow on the fabric and hid the curves I wanted to hide. The top lace has some stretch and isn’t at all scratchy- excellent! It did show my bra straps through the lace since they were wider than the included spaghetti straps from the dress- but that’s an easy fix. My issue arises simply from the obvious breakdown of elastic in the lace in the armpits. I wore this dress ONE time, for about 11 hours total and it has not even been washed yet- but the armpits on the dress are broken and frayed. So disappointed- this is more a one-time use dress vs a keep and wear to any occasion kind of dress that I was hoping for. I can’t even figure out what I might have done that ruined the dress this way- The lace was NOT tight on my arms, and didn’t get pulled any except maybe the 3 times I picked up my 3 yr old, and I only ever pick her up on one side- and these elastics are broken on both sides, so even that is not the cause. So, I can only give this dress a 3 star rating, because it wore out and was broken after just one wear with no justifiable reasons. I would have definitely recommended it otherwise, and if you really do only need a dress for one use; this one is comfy and very pretty. But I’m sure there are better quality dresses out there you can use again.

I ordered this in the Purple to wear to a wedding I was attending and received several compliments. It's true to size, I ordered a size 16 and it had a little wiggle room, but I don't think enough for me to order a size down. I am 6' tall and this hit me right below my knee. I did struggle in getting the side zipper to go up as it seemed to get stuck at a certain spot due to the seam at the waist, and I was afraid to pull too hard because I feared ripping the dress. I had to take off the dress, wiggle the zipper slowly above the seam and then put it back on and finish zipping it all the way up. Overall it's a fair quality dress and a good deal for the price.

I ordered this dress for an upcoming wedding. I tried it on as soon as it arrived (which was quick). It fits perfectly, falls very flattering on a full figured woman. It is very pretty and looking forward to wearing it next week. It fits as it states (check the sizing), I had ordered dresses on Amazon before and it suggested the size and even though I measured myself numerous times and looked at the size chart more than once, it fits very nicely. So, I suggest you measure yourself and check the size chart and I don't believe you will be disappointed.

I love this dress. Bought it for a wedding and it was gorgeous and very flattering. It could even be used as a bridesmaids dress. I’m going to buy it in every color. When I looked on reviews, it looks great on every body type and it hits at the perfect length. It was very comfy and fit perfectly. The only thing, the button isn’t held on by much. Had to re-sew it when I got it, it fell off.

I absolutely love this dress, but it's a little short if you're on the taller side like I am (6 feet). It hits just at my knees. However, it fits perfectly and is extremely flattering. The colour and cut is gorgeous. Excellent price for the quality you receive. I can't wait to wear this at a fall wedding in a few days!
