Silver Jeans Co. Women's Boyfriend Mid Rise Short

I bought these shorts because they looked so cute in the picture. I’m an older woman (well over 55) and I was looking for something cute and flattering but wouldn’t show my saggy upper thigh skin. When I put these on, they were way too big (size 29) so I returned them and purchased another pair two sizes smaller. (Size 27) When they arrived, they fit perfectly and give me enough length coverage that I needed and I didn’t feel like I was hanging out of them. They are well-made and the style is great.

Great quality shorts, great length. They run a little on the larger side because they are boyfriend shorts. Usually I wear a 10 (size 30) but they stretch out a bit after wearing them. I would definitely size down 1 size in them. They are a great color and oh so comfortable.. LOVE THEM!

These fit me perfectly. I love Silver jeans co. These shorts are so comfortable. They are my go to shorts now to wear out because they are comfortable but, they are cute too. They go to my belly button. They do not pull down. I don't feel like I have to pull them up constantly. They really are good shorts . I would recommend them.

When I first got these shorts I took them out of the bag and they looked like they were going to be WAY too small. I listened to the other reviewers and ordered two sizes down from my normal size 10, so I ordered the 29 instead of 31 like I normally would. (I’m 5’8, 153 lbs). Well, I tried them on & they fit me perfectly! BUT....they were WAY too short for this fifty-something chick, measuring at about a 4 inch inseam, NOT 4.5 like the description. Um. Yeah. No way. I just don’t feel comfortable wearing shorts that short. They come pre-cuffed and they are stitched at the side seams. Well, I pulled out my handy dandy seam ripper from my sewing kit and I very carefully cut the threads holding the fabric cuffed. Much to my delight, I found out that the hem is finished...stitched in white thread, a nice look, and they won’t fray. Not that I would have minded the frayed look, but I can do that myself and I already have several pairs of cut off jean shorts with a frayed hem. The best part is that by unrolling them it took the shorts down to 7 inches instead of 4 inches like they started out! Score! These are cute, comfortable, stylish, and the perfect length if you unroll the cuff.

I just found out about silvers this year! Fit is great! A little baggy for the boyfriend fit! Definitely would buy more and recommend

I’ve worn silver brand jeans for over 2 decades but quit buying their jeans because of the inconsistency in sizing. I’ve never worn their shorts but found these on sale and couldn’t resist trying. I bought my “normal” size of 28 and they fit perfectly. I do like these shorts but probably would not pay full price for them.

These were cute but 2 sizes too big. Make sure to order a smaller size than you'd normally wear.

These shorts are great. My Silver jeans are size 28 and a little tight so based on previous reviews of them fitting large I decided to go with the 28. They fit just fine and I would say they are a little baggy - but in a good way. Happy with the colour and the length. I did not find them too short.

I'm 48 years old. 5'7" around 150lbs. I have pretty muscular legs and butt and a much smaller waist. I ordered these in a 29, my usual size for jeans. They fit a little loose everywhere, like boyfriend shorts should. They definitely stretch a bit more as you wear them. They are not tight around the waist so if you have a smaller waist, they'll be loose there too and hang more on your hips. The inseam is long enough that my shorts legs stay in place and don't look like their creeping up into unspeakable places. I think they are great shorts if you're looking for comfortable but not too sloppy short. If you want a tighter fit, I think you could probably go down a size from your usual size.

I feel very confident wearing these cute little trendy shorts! They are very comfortable and have a stretch to them while wearing them.The quality is fantastic. I was actually surprised at how much I love them!
