I’ve been using this liquid magnesium for months now. I take a couple dropper-fulls before bed to help me relax and relieve muscle aches. It is very pleasant tasting (pineapple). I still have issues with insomnia, but this magnesium definitely does help. I have less pain and it is easier to relax and fall asleep without the tight muscles. I’ve noticed an added benefit, that my fingernails, which were very thin and wimpy, are thicker and stronger since I started regularly taking this. I’ve reordered several times and plan to continue.

This is the best-tasting liquid magnesium supplement I have tried. Some others taste rather awful. This one is pleasant.

I do like these flavored magnesium drops the taste is good and it does help get a good night's sleep. I use for my toddler that has a sleep disorder... it's not magic but it helps!

I have tried so many OTC as well as prescription meds for sleeping over the last 10 years. NOTHING has come close to this! It doesn’t make you drowsy, but when I go to sleep I stay asleep. And if I do wake up, I’m able to go back to sleep. This is truly a miracle supplement ❤️
