Excellent tools for laying out extremely large circles. I used a 15’ 1/2” sch40 pipe for the trammel points to attach to. Perfect circle.

great item, replaced the soapstone with carpenter pencil and it works like a charm. I used a old metal broom stick.

Great product, works as expected. Saves room not having to carry a bar. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a quality tramell.

Very low quality materials used, can't be used for high end manufacturing or pipe recommend to use only for a hobbyist

Bought this taking close note of the description that says it mounts onto standard half-inch pipe. To me that means 12.5mm, but discovered when it arrived that the internal diameter is c.22mm – much larger. You'd think that you would be able to put them on 22mm copper tube but the holes are fractionally too small. I could not find any standard product – pipe or dowel – that would fit, so had to return. That's a pity as otherwise these trammel heads look OK and seem pretty robust.
