Just completed rinsing this out of my hair after leaving it on for almost 40 minutes. First problem: no directions in English. I had to look it up online to get directions in English. Second problem: Although I followed directions and left it on , it did absolutely nothing to my hair. N.O.T.H.I.N.G. My hair is the same grey, brown mix as it has always been. No color, no sheen. What a rip off.

Easy to apply and process. No harsh smell. Conditional cream packs are included to protect the color.

The overall product is nothing like the box I don't know what color she started with but mine was pretty blonde. It did not turn out as good as I'd hoped. You cannot contact the company and Amazon cannot contact them in terms of your shipping so you just have to wait and hope it shows up it took a while. Then all the instructions are in different languages so I had to go online to translate.

I've been coloring my hair for 30 years. Everything from blonde to red to Gray. I've used various different brands and this by far was the worst! absolutely no instructions on the box or on the pamphlet was in English. I had to use a translator to figure out how to use it. I followed all the directions, and my color did not change at all. This was a complete waste of money.

I really like this hair color but..Here’s the but i have long hair little below middle of back ; I ordered 2 kits not enough too late after starting. I had to google instructions for it was my first time using a dry ( no developer type) color and no English translation in my kits. My hair is not to bad but will have to do it again asap to get all over silver. But i think if left on longer with possibly 2 more kits it would have had the results i wanted. However it did leave my hair feeling great! I needed to educate myself on this type of color before i purchased is the moral of my color story lol

Worked great, left my hair very bright, soft and manageable. I did wash it immediately afterwards, which pulled out the grey tones and left my hair the perfect cool blond/light silver that I wanted. Will purchase again.

Direction not in English Doesn't work. Wouldn't recommend it

Bon ,mode d emploi même pas en anglais ,roumain ,russe et 2 autres langues de l est , heureusement qu il y a des applications pour traduire , mais ....je n avais jamais été sur cette game et stupeur le mélange est bleu vif, j ai eu beaucoup d hésitation, heureusement que je ne les avaient pas trop long ( carre court ! ) et que je suis pas aussi stressée que certaines quand je dois rasé ! Bref , je l ai fait , la couleur ,le résultat OK , mais c est pas une couleur permanente elle part asse vite , 8 semaines ( mais si on se lave les cheveux plus de 3 fois semaines, oublier les 8 ! ) donc correct pour la demande ,mais surprise de la provenance et du bleu a appliqué....je vous prévient pour que vous ne soyez pas trop surprises au cas ou ...

Bon produit pour cheveux chaleureux et brillants couleur argenté

Box is in German, No English instructions at all, Tried to use a translator and that was a no go. Plus it didn't work the way air did it so total waste of money.
