Everything is good from quality to color.
One thing that I don't understand is , why would they give us used product when they take the whole money ? Part of it is my fault as well since I didn't exchange this one. I needed a bag at that time . I'm such a fool for not waiting a day . The product has scratches . If ignore the scratches , the colour is good, look good, quality is good , size is good , everything is good . And now I can't exchange it , those scratches hunts me everytime I look at this bag .
