Love it
Excellent gaming chair for the price! Even had a leg extender for comfort. Great quality and easy to assemble!!

A suprisingly decent chair
Not a bad deal. The thing appears quality enough so far. Relatively simple to put together, but the instructions use numbers to identify the parts instead of letters. (Ugh.) It's easy enough to adjust the location of the cushions. The measurements all appear as advertised, which is important because I have very long legs, and the thing definitely reclines like a boss. This thing is definitely powernap-friendly. The lumbar "massager" is fairly lackluster, but at this price point I would have been suspicious if it were better. Also, because it is a *large* chair, good luck finding any kind of slipcover for it. I managed to find *one* that claims to fit, and it does fit except for the armguard covers. Spandex and TPU can only do so much I guess.

good chair, but back does not sit all the way up at 90 degrees, at least, not for me.
I just got this chair, after a shipping fiasco (possibly weather related). I have it put together. I gave it 4 stars because the seat is comfy, and large... but the armrests are too low for me and the back of the chair is back too far for me. I am fat, but not large. I'm not 6ft tall (0nly the average 5'7") but am fat. I am slightly too heavy for most desk chairs. So I got this one. The lumbar pillow is really sturdy, as is the neck pillow. Only problem is that the back of the chair does not reach my back and so my head and neck don't even touch the neck pillow unless I lean back like the computer guy on South Park. The chair tilts nicely and spins really loosely. The foot rest is a little short, but still provides decent support if and when I want to use it. The instructions were not super clear on how to put it together, so I may have fudged up on the back support plate (which would also explain the lack of support of the chair back to my back. . I may attempt to take the chair apart at a later time to fix this small error.

Fresh purchase 😎 will see how it goes.
Easy to put together no complaints so far. Very comfortable great material. The color came out great and will be easy to clean. Back feels very supportive and the reclining is excellent. What will help with functionality would be a longer cord for the messaging cushion.

A Chair with good paper specs but no real world function
For reference i am roughly 300lbs I am not sure how this chair is rated for 400 lbs. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I do not trust that rating to be accurate. If I lean side to side the chair makes noises as if it's about to fall apart. The part of the seat that connects to base pole is only held by gravity. I guess you will never use the chair upside down, but it still doesn't inspire confidence. The chair has the ability to recline but I am too afraid to use the feature due to how un-sturdy it feels. The seat itself is a good size and there's plenty of room even at my larger width. The cushion is not comfortable, and it's slightly angled so the front is higher than the rear. If you sit in this chair more than about 2 hours you will wish you had bought something different. I also often sit with one foot under the knee of my opposing leg, and this ends up pushing my thigh into the armrest bar. This is extremely uncomfortable, but I am aware this is a personal problem. How I sit is unusual. The only way to fix this would be to remove the armrests completely. I might do this, they are pretty useless, the height of them is too low to be comfortable for me (5'9"). The slide out leg rest thing falls under the rest of my complaints: It looks nice but is useless. It doesn't pull out far enough to rest your legs on without your knees dangling at a weird angle and being uncomfortable, and in the situation it's probably meant for (reclined) I will never use because there's no way this chair can actually handle 300+ lbs while reclined. On the positive side, the price was good, the shipping was timely, the packed was not damaged at all and had good packaging, and it was very simple to put together. My conclusion: The chair looks good, on paper and in person, the price is good, the packaging is good, but the product itself was likely designed purely on paper without actual human testing to see if their design was just as functional as it was pretty. Best use case: Someone under 5'6" and below 250lbs -Updated after 10 months- This chair is garbage. The fake leather is flaking off, it squeaks after any movement, the cushion has all but purely flat, and I'm going to have to replace it. This chair is an disrespectful to anyone who sits in it.

Great Chair Overall, but the Gas Lift Could Be Better
I’ve been using this gaming chair for a few months now, and for the most part, I’m really happy with it. The seat is comfortable for long gaming or work sessions, the armrests are adjustable, and the back support is surprisingly good — especially for the price point. The materials feel solid, and the chair looks sharp in my setup. That said, the one issue that’s been a bit frustrating is the gas piston that controls the seat height. After a few weeks, it started to lose tension, sinking slightly over time. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does take away from the otherwise great experience. For a chair designed for long sessions, I expected a sturdier lift mechanism. Overall, I’d still recommend this chair for comfort and style, but I hope the manufacturer improves the piston quality in future models.
