In the past I had taken Enzymedica Enzymes, but then gradually stopped taking them for no particular reason. For the last couple of months I'd been having digestive issues and was wondering why. I think I might have eaten some food that depleted my good digestive helpers. So I first bought some probiotics and experienced improvement with them. Then I thought that maybe also taking enzymes might give added benefits, and decided to try both Enzymedica's Bean Assist and Enzymedica's VeggieGest. The combination of taking one or both of them everyday did the trick. Now every day I take one probiotic daily (currently with another brand, but I might switch to an Enzymedica probiotic). And I take one VeggieGest, and when called for a Bean Assist, with meals that I think might contain foods that would give me digestive discomfort. They are working like magic and I'm back to digestive comfort. I've learned that enzymes are essential to good digestive health, and since they decrease as we age, I've decided to take them for as long as I live from now on. :-)

Not for me. Caused stomach pain, tossed! Update: Customer service is very good, as they reached out to me with an apology. They neither asked for anything and I allowed Enzymedica to give or not give a refund. I am find with it either way, as I took a chance on the product of my own accord. It did not work for me, but that is no reflection on the product or the company. For customer service, 3 stars.
