القطعة ناعمة و طرية و لكنها صغيرة على الرقبة للرجال و عند إغلاقها على الرقبة يتوجب شدها جداً حتى تختنق او ترخيها تؤذيك القطعة المدببة التي تشبك جانبي المخدة عند وضعها و هي مؤلمة

Extremely chemical and toxic smell. I don’t feel comfortable wearing it and inhaling the scent over a longer period of time. Also, it’s slightly too big for me and doesn’t wrap tightly enough around my neck.

The product is too good but just be sure that you buy from legitimate vendor of Frido (Frido Consumer Healthcare - FZCO) as there are too much fake seller for their products. Had to return the previously bought product from different seller on Amazon only to find out that there is only one legitimate vendor of Frido in UAE through their customer support team.

Great product, the best travel neck pillow I have ever used. It is difficult to store it in the bag while on the move, takes a bit of coaxing; other than that, excellent product.

Comfortable foam quality is good easy to carry great product value for money

Pillow is very nice and comfortable to use, I especially like the storage box , it is easy to store and carry. It gives good support to neck and allows us to sleep better during travel. Overall totally recommend it to people who travel frequently. It is slightly expensive compared to other products but the quality is very good compared to others and I think the money is worth it as long as it is durable.

I bought this neck pillow in June 2025 - and its my mistake that I couldn't write earlier. Actually, I don't use it daily, hence skipped my mind. The rectangular tape (as in 1st photo) that is perforated GOT SPOILED IN 2 MONTHS TIME!! Velcro is fine but the tape doesn't stick on velcro - as that has some issue. So, it doesn't close anymore. Can you help?
