Don't usually write these but very impressed with this unit. Purchased to remove wallpaper from an investment property but it quickly adapted to a cleaning workhorse! Took wallpaper down with ease and then quickly transformed to a window cleaner, floor cleaner and more. Never missed a beat. Love the floor cleaner as you can clamp in regular micro fiber cloths and avoid paying for specific pads. This is a winner, already paid for itself several times over.

I've tried many steam cleaners and this one is my favorite cleans very well only problem is the pressure cap gets stuck and won't allow you to open it so I just took the plastic cap off and now I can just use players or hand to unscrew

The steam cleaning action is exceptional, however there was considerably more “water” to sop up than I anticipated. It does work well

First time trying steam clean, and it was great. Bought this for cleaning my backyard grill. It took 3-5 minutes for the steam and pressure ready to use. Using it with a steel brush makes cleaning much easier and faster. Also tried it to clean kids’ drawings and 3M adhesive leftover on the wall. In the first round, it removed most of them. In the second, I put some Goo Gone before steam brushing, all gone. You will need a towel if you’re doing indoor steam cleaning since the steam will leave water.

I was excited to get a floor steam cleaner for my house. I opened the box and sadly was missing almost all the attachments and machine looked and felt very cheap. Guess thats what i get for trying to save a buck! no response from company regarding the issue! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

I am removing wallpaper from my house. They only down size is you have to wait for the water to cool in the compartment before you open it. Other than that absolutely love it. It seems wonderful for wallpaper I have not used it for anything else yet but I do have plans for it.

I used this for general cleaning but decided to pull the extension polls out to do my floor. This was the result One pole is fine The other one just cracked. This is the fifth steamer I have purchased from Amazon and I think it's going to be my last they don't make good ones anymore.
