I been using the product for 6 months now, I take 2 capsules at bedtime there safe to use,with no symptoms of drowsiness.

I was looking for a sleep,aid product to replace the one I’d been using from The Vitamin Shop - They had discontinued the older one I’d been using. I found this combination of herbal sleep aids to be an adequate replacement. IMHO, the price is reasonable, and the shipping prompt.

I like that this product works, and is natural. I've tried several similar products, but this has the right combination of natural products to allow me to fall asleep quickly, and stay asleep.

Advertised as 10 mg of melatonin. You have to take two to get 10mg so a bottle of 60 only would last a month. This product actually caused insomnia. When I would finally drift to sleep I had bad nightmares. I don’t know where it is manufactured but I’m not thinking it is sketchy. And it’s not returnable.

It works okay, but is no stronger than your average 10mg melatonin. This did not work for me at all, not to mention that the pills smell like the back end of a dead fish. :\

I been having so much trouble sleeping. Starting a new job two kids just so much in my mind and this pill has been a life saver. I’m falling asleep, not waking up at night and just having a restful sleep. I am so happy I found this item

I just got this and used this stuff last night I fell asleep fairly quickly and I woke up feeling amazing. I’m usually not in a very good mood in the mornings and the stuff makes me a morning person. I feel restored and happy.
