I suffer from horrendous back spasms on occasion. When that pain hits it is excruciating. Since I'm not a fan of running to the medicine cabinet for muscle relaxers every time I feel discomfort, I try to seek other methods of relief. This heating pad fits the bill. Because I'm 6'4", I like the length of this pad, it provides heat to my entire back so the spasm has nowhere to run. It usually takes a few sessions with the pad to provide the pain relief I desire, but it does come through for me. The strap that comes with the pad ensures you maintain constant contact with the pad. This pad does get hot! I would recommend using a towel as a buffer when using the higher settings.

Excelente para terapia de calor. Sin embargo, si eres muy alto, te quedará un poco corto. Yo mido 1,85 y no me alcanza bien la zona lumbar.

This is worth its weight in gold. When I put it on, I smile and I just enjoy it. Try it I promise you will love it ! This is the best investment for back and neck pain ! You can toss your old heating pad and you will never look back ! I always had hotspots even on the lowest setting with my old heating pad. I would have to put another layer to protect my skin, with this wonderful product I have it on the next highest setting and I feel like I’m just getting a big warm hug!
