There are sections where the paint is applied to tiny spots. Just be prepared with a magnifying glass and small to tiny brushes. This is not a complaint just a strong suggestion.When you start one of these projects you will be starting hours of relaxation and a real sense of accomplishment when you finish. Fun kit. Comes with everything to paint. It could use a bigger color sample though.

It was fun and easy to do. I bought all my staff a paint with numbers for Christmas, yes I know its early but I also like to be ahead of things.

Some areas are very small and can't read the numbers. the picture included with it was more like a wallet size photo. So I'll have to enlarge the photo on Amazon and see if it helps. But the item arrived with my other items which was early. It would be nice to have bigger paint pots or a medium that can be added if paint gets dry.

Labor intensive but easy of use …..

Pros: Pretty sceneCons:1. I wish this would be available on cardboard stock.2. The paints were pretty terrible-clumpy and too thick no matter how much they were stirred. They covered the numbers fairly well tor the most part- there were some numbers that needed 2 or 3 coats.3. Numbers need to be more definitive. There were areas that you had to look really closely at to determine what color went there and even referring to the paper diagram left a lot to be subjective.4. Paint brushes that were included were not able to do the fine detail spaces-make sure you have ultra-fine bristle brushes.Having completed this one, it looks fine if you're standing back from it...just don't get too close.I'd buy another kit from this company because I like the subjects they have and I like a challenge.
