item is not as described. it is NOT velvet, it is like a cheap shower curtain in the vague shape of a cloak. I wanted it to cosplay in but i would die of shame. The picture shows a cape of velvet nicely seamed and stitched with a cloth inner layer, the garment in the picture obviously has weight and drapes nicely as a velvet garment should. The item that arrived is about the weight of a pair of underpants and horribly disappointing. IMO not worth a fiver. Don't buy it. I'm returning the item
