Pretty amazing stuff!I recently received my order of pure pine pollen powder. I immediately tried it the next morning, using the scoop provided inside. I added it to my bottled water. Shook it up really good to let it dissolve for a few minutes and drank it!I could not taste anything except maybe there was a little bit of a nutty flavor temporary. So I don't know what the other reviews were talking about but there was no bad taste or smell.Within a couple hours I realized that it does have some great energy packed into it. In fact the second day I think I had even more of an energy kick in that felt very natural. It wasn't like a caffeine boost or big high and then crash. Just a steady flow of energy.Within a week I had taken it three times. I probably won't do it every day because I'm an avid juicer.After taking it three times the one thing for sure I have noticed and that I have shared with others about this product, is that I feel like hormones are so leveled out and I feel very well balanced.I am constantly on the move traveling at the moment so I cannot say it's fireworks in the bedroom! But that certainly is something to look forward to if it holds up to be true as in many of the other reviews I read.Definitely would buy it again! Hope the product doesn't change or the quality becomes less or mixed in with something else as I have read other products do.Keep the product the way it is because it's great!

I am a 54 year old female bodybuilder, health and wellness coach.I will begin this review with stating that I have an obsessed inner scientist that is unstoppable when it comes to experimenting with superfoods.I buy all of my products from Microingredients due to consistent, impeccable quality all around.Due to my age, hard lifting and building muscle I became testosterone dominant and began to masculinize my facial features.After researching adaptogenic foods, I settled on pine pollen for two reasons.The first, being the existence of a pollinating pine tree right out my bedroom door causing me to suffer extreme allergy symptoms. I calculated I could get significant relief from a daily pinch of the innoculating pine pollen sublingually to alleviate my symptoms and it worked immediately.The second, pine pollen as an adaptogenic which I thought could help bring my endocrine system back into balance since bodybuilding knocked me into testosterone dominance. It worked for this as well; however, I feel I need to caution very strongly about the adaptogenic nature of pine pollen. IT IS ESTROGENIC! If you are a woman with estrogen sensitivities or you have a health issue which precludes your use of ESTROGENIC foods DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! It caused a very life threatening fibroidal hemorrhage for two months which I had a difficult time neutralizing with progesterone.It's a great product with very powerful properties, but needs to be used with urgent caution. If upon eating this food an out-of-cycle spot occurs discontinue immediately, don't wait and the give what is left of the package to your husband or boyfriend because it works very well for mine in terms of...um...keeping certain energy up. If you get my drift.Let's talk about taste. It's pine pollen. Imagine a sawmill. It tastes exactly how a sawmill smells which I actually found to be very pleasant.

So far so good with the supplement. I notice my moods are more balanced and my energy is up. I’m willing to keep going based on what I’ve read about the literature to see if it helps balance out my hormones.Packaging, however has been frustrating. I’ve used it for less than a week and the zip-lock close tore off one side of the plastic packaging so right now the container is not air and moisture tight. This is happened twice before with another product I buy from this brand.I’m happy with what’s inside the packaging, but think the packaging could use a stronger glue to hold the sealing part together. To be sure to keep air exposure from affecting product integrity.

This is a great supplement is tasteless. Easy to consume. You can even drink it in just a glass of water. It’s absolutely no taste. I like it. It gives me energy. I feel much stronger. I think I’m turning into a spartan. Definitely recommend it if you want some testosterone boost, DHEA naturally from a pinecone try this stuff.

I have only had this product like 2 1/2 weeks, so my feedback is not based on long-term use, but...yeah I think it works.I am looking forward to getting my testosterone tested within the next 2 months and then I will know for sure, I might update this at that point. However, I made a tincture of this using vodka and have been taking the tincture about 1/2 tsp sublingually 2-3 times a day. Without getting too graphic, the difference is...notable.I know it's supposed to help in many other areas also, which is all great, but my T levels have been on the low end of normal for years and that is why I became interested in it. There is no 'roid rage or anything. I am just hoping I can get my levels up to the higher end of normal.For the quantity of powder you receive, I would consider this product a good value, I think I made enough tincture to last me at least a year. I think I will be able to also see differences in my workouts and training as I continue to take it.The vodka in the tincture is not pleasant for me, and gives me heartburn, but the tincture itself is like ripe bananas, although the aftertaste isn't that enjoyable for me. I have had worse tasting things that I have tried though.
