Zinus Trisha 7 Inch Low Profile Platforma Bed Frame / Mattress Foundation / with Tufted Headboard / Box Spring Optional / Wood Slat Support, Twin

We read the one-star review from a previous reviewer and were a bit hesitated. But then we decided to take the risk since we wanted a bed that sits low and is with cushioned head board and this was the one we like. We were not disappointed!!! The bed is exactly as pictured and the installation was very easy to follow. The cushion was a bit softer than we would like but is still nice nevertheless. We let our 14-year-old son did the installation without much help from us. We had zero issues as far as installation is concern. Bed is well made and looks really nice. Shipping was FAST as well. One complaint is that the head board has a bit of play when being leaned against and is the reason for the one star deduction. In summary, we really like the bed and would buy again if we need another.

Nice frame and easy setup. But, it wouldn’t fit a 12 inch mattress without hanging over the frame because the low clearence of the headboard. Fits a 8 inch mattress. Called Zinus directly but they informed me that their bed frames are designed for Zinus mattresses specifically . Also, they didn’t seemed thrilled that I bought it off of Amazon and not from Zinus directly. Thank goodness for Amazon’s return policy.

This is one of the BEST documented assembly instructions I have ever dealt with! The bed assembly was intuitive, simple, and straight forward. Total assembly took 20mins for a single person. It was like Legos for adults. Follow the numbers, asseble, screw! Sorry, I'm an engineer by trade, and often geek out on a well thought out product! To top it off, the package came with extra hardware (screws etc) neatly packaged and labeled. The only thing you have to do is follow the numbers... Don't skip, don't get ahead of yourself having a blast putting this together.... And you shall be rewarded with a solid betd at the end of it all!The delivery was on schedule, outer box had some damage, however, the inner box protected the bed really well.The bed itself looks fantastic! Solid product and construction! Steel tube frame is not loose or "rackety" at all.This is a low profile bed so it might be a little tough for elderly, or people with knee issues to get off the bed. But I chose it for the low profile, and absolutely love it!All this and more at a fantastic price point. I'm very very happy. I would most definitely recommend this bed!

Very sturdy, good looking, and easy to assemble. I (like most of us) have assembled many Chinese made products with varying degrees of frustration. As I assembled this bed I was mostly smiling and wondering where did this company (Zinus) come from? There are no companies like this anymore so what are they doing on this planet?First, everything came packaged with so much protection - almost over the top. The instructions were amazingly logical and easy to understand. As I assembled the bed I started realizing that the designers of this product have a very high level of intelligence and creativity. And that the company demands a very high level of precision from the Chinese manufacturer who makes them. Good stuff can come out of China and this is the best example of that I've ever seen.This is our second bed purchased from Zinus and I can say the same for our first bed which is now 3 years old. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from this company.

This bed is out of this world. All of the critical reviews are frauds.It took exactly 91 minutes from the time UPS dropped it at my house until I was making my bed. The assembly directions are well thought out, all the pieces are marked. The only tool you’ll need is included. There is even a supply of spare nuts and bolts, which are clearly marked so you don’t conclude you forgot something.The steel used seems more than strong enough to my untrained eye and all of the welds and other finishing details appear first rate. The completed bed looks great, is completely solid and my mattress fit perfectly.This bed is an amazing value and would be at twice the price.

I bought this bed frame to raise my bed up higher and it’s fulfilling all my expectations! I love the clean and sleek look. I’ve been sleeping on it with my girlfriend for the last week, combined we’re about 380lbs (not including a king size mattress and box springs) and it’s proven to be very sturdy with no creaking.It came well packaged, double boxed and it came with all the necessary equipment for an easy build. I built it all on my own since my girlfriend has back problems and it only took me a little under an hour. Directions were super easy to follow.We were already using 2 twin size box springs under our eastern king mattress so we stacked them on top of the bed frame and we love the look and height. Also, really like the storage space under the bed frame. Super happy with this purchase, especially for the good price.

This is a good bed for the price!Pros:-Its packed nicely when it is sent to you. This is very important because it prevents you getting damaged/bent parts during shipping.-It is all metal (except for the cushion and slats). Dark color.-Has all the tools you need to assemble it including a neat wrench.-Assembly can be done by one person (although taking the package to the place where you want to setup will need 2 people atleast - unless you are the hulk)Cons-- It will creak after a little use. You might have to tighten the screws.- If you are put this on wood flooring, you might want to invest in those pads that you can stick under this bed to prevent scraping.- Cleaning under - Something like a roomba will go under and clean fine. Other wise, because it is a low clearance bed, dust etc will keep getting accumulated until you take the mattress off and slats off and clean the floor under this.
