Very good mild laxative effect, without being too much. I find them extremely helpful. I don't particularly like the taste of them but I mask it with a nice fruity teabag and a spoonful of honey and it's fine. Definitely recommend them and would definitely buy again 👍

I didn’t get what I expected !
It’s not what I expected the tea beg is small not like normal tea beg ! There are 96 count not even 100 begs they are advertising! I am really disappointed about this order even they don’t accept returns !!!!
