Elegant and light scent
Fantastic scent with natural essence. Have received multiple compliments on this scent.

It's a cologne not a perfume, keep that in mind.
I bought this because I since i saw this combination online I had to try it. Love fresh citruscy scents. For those who complain about longevity, you don't know what you actually need. This is meant to be like a body mist. Something you wear after a shower or right before bed to smell good. Or when you have an unexpected visitor and don't want to overpower them with a perfume. It's fresh, light, non offensive. I spray this 4 times after a shower when I'm ready to relax and stay home. If I need yo go out fast i will spray it on again. The scent is supposed to be skin level. Something more intimate for your parter to smell on you when they hug you. You can also use it as a layer to use with another perfume, but it won't last more than 1 hour. Spray it twice on the bed sheets before going to bed freshly showered, you will sleep better.

Fresh, crisp and clean smell.
I am a 4711 aficionado- I am a second generation consumer and love all their fragrances. This new Blood-Orange and Basil is my new favorite!! Fresh, citrus, clean and crisp!

Very, very light
This was a blind buy and my first for the Acqua Colonia line. The scent is nice, uni-sex with orange prominent. If you are looking for a nice blast of basil, this is not for you. This is a very light cologne, so the scent is exceptionally fleeting - lasts a maximum of 5 minutes and is then completely gone. It works for me as fleeting refreshment after a shower, but I will not purchase again. Note: original 4711 lasts much longer.

Too Pungent
It's a good value for the money, but I'm not sure what other people are talking about when it comes to the scent. It smells TOO powerful when you first put it on, with the plant-like, almost sage(?) scent overpowering any semblance of blood orange. Did not get notes of basil either but maybe my nose is off for that one. I would wear it in a pinch but it's not my day-to-day.

Terrible smell (Maybe Fake?)
I think this must be a fake product. I have 4711 by the same brand and it smells amazing. Not sure if I got a fake product. I can’t stand the smell.
