Does the job perfectly, kept my hair good for 3 days while I was in south, the water was really hard 2-4 caps are enough to make the water soft, has a good smell as well

After using this for a year I am writing this review. No effect at all. I have purchased 7-8 bottles and my hair is so thin now. It didn't work at all. Recently bought TDS meter to check and water quality is 500 and after mixing this (1 cap full in 1 mug water) TDS shows 484. It's negligible coz the company says 2-3 caps water softener in 20L water. I put 1 cap in 1Mug. So if you put this in bucket there is no change. Waste of money

Received the product. There is no mention or certificate of FDA approval or clinical dermatology test on the packaging or the bottle, as mentioned in the product images on amazon. Just seems less trustworthy as they are not delivering what they are advetising.
