You may get acidity if you drink after a lunch
I have dried many green tea but this green tea is the best of all kind of labour is very flavour is very good sugar content is zero but a very high salt content freshness is excellent after drinking you can get energy but after food or lunch if you drink it you may get acidity

What to say, it's an awesome product which I haven't known for all these years. Just buy it without second thought. I would say it's not an green tea rather it's a refreshing tea with lots of health benefits. I just had this tea 2 times and my throat infection and cold gone away. Also my family members said they feel hungry in an hour after having this tea. I sent link to my friends they too enjoyed this tea. It's lot more than a tea.
