A big hit at Christmas for my grandson. He loves them.

tbh ive never been a fan of base lit lightsabers.. i prefer the pixel blades so i can see the blade grow and retract but after getting some cheap base lits for my kids and saw how they were i decided to try this one and this is more than i expected. i wanted the double bladed saber and it looks like its small when still in the box but once you put it together its got some length to it. be good for kids or adults. both hilts had some power to them so put it together and tried it out at 11:30pm and it almost lit up my backyard! i came back inside with a smile ear to ear...easy to select colors and the saber "remembers" what setting you have it on... the cheaper ones i got for my kids default back to blue every time you turn it off and back on but not this one. sound effects are pretty good. has some motion activated features too. the charging cable is a dual one so you can charge both hilts at once. hilts are metal and nice feel to them. only thing i noticed.... and havent figured out yet... is when the blade is attached to one of the hilts theres a slight rattle and i cant find it... rattle goes away when i take the blade off so i have no idea yet but it still works. blade ignition has a quick light up and powering down is a longer dim to off.... not exactly growing and retracting but cool for a base lit... not much to the instructions so just tinker with it and youll figure it out and its my beginner one for double blade practice anyway so im ok with it. all in all, im very impressed and for less than $60 for a double bladed lightsaber, its worth it for the novice or experts..just get one, thats all i can say. now the trick is to keep it away from my little jedi kids or ill never get it back lol

These are great! They're light but well made.

These are freaking awesome!! The charge lasted forever it seems. The colors a vibrant, you can toggle between sound and no sound and when the sabers touch they make sounds. I especially love the sound it makes when you power off! I love, love, love them. I will buy for christmas gifts!

Visually these look nice, I haven’t gotten to use them for dueling yet. Just reviewing it out of the box. The light effects are solid, nice and bright. However, the sound effects are lacking big time. When the light sabers hit or make contact with anything, they make this very artificial “pew pew” laser gun sound, which is kind of a deterrent from keeping these as its nothing like the actual light saber sound effects from the movie. Granted, copyright probably stops them from using the exact sounds, but I’ve used other types of sabers that have similar sound effects to the original light sabers. If this had better sound effects I’d give it a higher rating.

This is probably one of my son’s very favorite purchases he has ever made! My son is a huge Star Wars fan and he bought these lightsabers with his saved money and has used/played with them ever since (I should mention he is 14). In all honesty, these are really impressive in a lot of ways. The first being that they are made really well. The quality is super impressive and they look really realistic. We were surprised by all the color options that pop up when you go through them on the saber itself. My son absolutely loves that as he moves it around the saber actually recognizes that it is moving and makes noises to go along with it. It is rare that my 14 yr old son and my 7 yr old daughter will play together willingly but since he got these they have played with them just about every day. They both love how they respond when they hit the other physically or when they hit the other saber. Although my son paid for them I can absolutely tell you that these were worth every cent. He has had so much fun with them. If they were to break I would likely look into purchasing another set as they have brought joy to both my son and daughter and me as a mom who gets to watch them play.

It looks awesome but I’m missing a bracer screw literally one screw like how do you guys miss that. It says it has 4 modes and sounds so thanks for the tricky wording I thought it had 4 different sound modes it also only has two modes regular and unstable. There literally nothing else. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!
