My hair naturally blonde and baby fine and thin before I started taking Biotin, collagen and Keratin w/hyaluronic acid. The first brand I used got discontinued so I switched to this brand. I know some people say that biotin doesn’t help with hair growth but my results beg to differ. I encourage you to take before pictures of yourself, your hair line, eyebrows & eyelashes, skin especially the back of your hands and face and finger nails. The 1st thing you will notice is your hair will take on a square box shape from all the new baby hair growing in underneath your hair proofing it out, showing it’s working! My skin was very fragile and thin before taking this supplement I would barely bump it against the corner of my cabinets and my skin would tear. Manicures left me with countless injuries. Now, my skin glows, doesn’t tear, my hair is thick and luscious, eyelashes are naturally ridiculously long, my eyebrows are bushy and finger nails grow like weeds. My hair is still fine but has way more body and I swear the strands are slightly thicker. I only take it every other day now because even though I wear my hair long it grows so fast I need a trim every 4-6 weeks where before I got 2 haircuts a year. I high recommend this supplement, you will notice some results right a way (glowing skin) hair & eyelashe growth will take about 4 weeks before you begin seeing results, be patient. I don’t know what to say except I received the order in a prompt manner. This is vitamin and I can’t give a review until I have taken them for awhile. They are for the hair,skin and nails. Easy to take and no after taste.

Love this supplement. I‘ve been taking hydrolyzed collagen and my nails and hair were ok. What a difference though when I added this supplement! My hair is stronger, my nails are really hard and my skin is pretty good for my age. This supplement is part of my daily routine!
