Excellent protection at a reasonable price.
Really impressed with these boots. I hadn't ridden since I was nearly my son's age (10). Got my old gear out to see what fit him. Boots were toast and literally falling apart. Quality of these was above and beyond better than my old ones when new. Stiff at first, but he broke them in pretty quick. Great support, inside leg shielding, metal kick plates. Not worried about burns or really any foot or lower leg injury anymore. When I can afford my own bike to ride with him, soon, hopefully, I'll look at these boots first if they have my size 100%.

O’Neill product and a inexpensive price”
Used one size bigger, fit great have only a few hours one them , so we will see “ But O’Neill has always made great products. I have always been happy with their products. And the price was right . They fit well and are not to heavy in my opinion. But my last dirt bike boots were 20 years ago “ so Grain assault!

100% recommended.
⭐ O’Neal Men’s Motocross Boots Review These boots offer excellent protection, durable construction, and great value for the price. The four adjustable buckles keep them secure, while the reinforced sole and toe cap ensure long-lasting durability. They may feel stiff at first, but once broken in, they provide solid comfort and reliability. Highly recommended for beginners and intermediate riders looking for quality boots at an affordable price.

Great boots for the price!
After dropping my bike on my leg, I decided to upgrade from riding in hiking boots. I have about 80 hours of ride time with these boots. The boots were very stiff at first, but after a couple break-in tricks and a few rides they were comfortable. The fairly ridged sole makes standing on the pegs much more comfortable. The reinforcement on the sides of the boots making squeezing the bike with my legs much easier and I don’t have to worry about heat from the exhaust pipe. They keep my feet dry from splashes of water or light rain, but let water in quickly if partially submerged for a few second during river crossings. I also adjusted my shift lever so shifting with thick boot toe was easy. The longevity of the buckles is questionable but they haven’t broke so far and seem to be replaceable. These boots have done a great protecting me and there has been several occasions where I feel they have protected me from an injury that would have occurred without proper gear. I wear a 10.5 shoe and order size 10 boot and it was the right size for me. I think this a great boot for budget conscious people who need a solid pair of off road boots.

Nice boots
Very nice boots. You have to break them in by hand. Just google how

Great boot
My son wears a size 10 and he has wide feet so we got him the size 11 and the boots fit him absolutely perfect!

Inexpensive protection
It's inexpensive protection considering this is a boot that goes up higher than a ski boot. The snaps are convenient to get off when you are tired and sweating. They seem very durable and give me confidence if I wash out on a gravel road that the boots would protect me. The challenge is, they are also potentially dangerous. ON their maiden voyage yesterday, I really struggled to shift up and down. I found myself slowly shifting from 1>2 and it often went into N instead. I also missed shifts several times up. Down, not a problem but up is a big challenge. They are just SO SO stiff that you really struggle. Also because they are so stiff I cant place them on my rear brake and cruise along on a dual sport. The shape kinda forces them to apply constant slight pressure to the brakes. So not having my foot on the rear brake is dangerous. I tried several times to learn to quickly put them on the brakes but just kept toe bumping the brake first. I was hopeful that alot of walking around and riding would break them in. I didnt ride that much on them so far, maybe a couple of hours but I did walk around the house with them first the night before and I also took a decent walk down a path to see where it went so as to not get stuck on my bike going off into the abyss. At the end of the day, the left boot started cutting into my foot where the foot meets the leg at the arch. So not the ankle but what that area is called where the top of the foot meets your leg. I cant imagine wanting to use these honestly. I really would consider them defective for the boot cutting into the foot. I have no prior experience with MX boots fyi. So this experience may be normal but from my opinion it's unsafe, not comfortable at all, hard to use. So I'm going to break open the wallet a little further on boots and try another pair and send these back.

Great value!
I was a little skeptical before I bought these boots due to the price gap between these and other riding boots, reviews that talked about straps breaking and boots being too stiff. But, I ordered them and could not be happier with the price and quality of the boot. #1 Stiffness, I watched a video on youtube of a guy showing how to break in riding boots, worked like a charm, don't wear them straight out of the box. Take the time and work them over a bit and then wear them a little loose for a few rides. After 3-4 rides they work great. #2 Straps, the straps are adjustable, wear them too tight and like anything else they will break. #3 Cost, I don't know why they are so cheap, quality is great. Nothing about them feels cheap. And when we are talking about protecting our lower extremities they are worth their weight in gold. #4 Size, I am a 10.5 and I read about rounding up for proper fit, I got an 11 and they fit perfect. #5 Comfort, I wear thicker socks and they feel fine, I've worn normal socks that I wear with my shoes and they were a bit uncomfortable because they are so rigid to protect you. Overall, i'd buy these boots again. I know someone who has had a pair for over 5 years and still going strong.
