I was previously purchasing the much higher priced Hiya supplement drink for kids and my son loved it, but it was becoming a bit too expensive so I started to look for an alternative and came across this brand. So far my son seems to like it just the same. It does have a slight greenish color to it, which can look unappealing but at the end of the day my son doesn’t refuse to drink it and he is a very picky eater to say the least. I struggle getting my son to eat even the most basic foods so knowing this drink has essential fruits and veggies in it gives me some reflief that he is still getting this nutrients. I have this set up an auto subscription and am very pleased with the quality of the product and vitamin content (compared to Hiya).

Perfect mix for toddlers to get those extra nutrients. My child loves this blend. It gives some stress relief with the "picky eating stage"!

I’m very disappointed because I was really excited to try this. It has such good reviews and a pretty decent price point compared to others. Don’t let that fool you. My child is a picky eater and struggles with getting her greens and veggies in and I was really hoping this was somewhat of a solution. I have no idea how any parent of a picky eater sits there and says this is something their kids will ingest. It’s like drinking blended up Timothy hay for rabbits with some chocolate powder and sugar thrown in. It’s horrible. My kid immediately hated it.

The powder mixes well into milk, however, I was hoping for no greens taste. Fully mask the greens so my kids would drink it. If your kids like greens, this is a great product for them. If you're trying to sneak in the greens, I would try another option.

I was confused when I opened the product. It literally looks like someone dumped more than half the contents out. It’s not even half full. This will be gone in days. I am only giving this 4 stars because my son actually drank it and liked it. So I’m grateful for that! Just wish it was a better value.

My son is autistic and struggles immensely with texture. He will not eat ANY vegetables and will only eat a few fruits in a smoothie if they are well hidden. My husband and I have become very concerned for his health, so I went looking for a protein powder that would help to give him some extra nutrients. I spent hours comparing ingredients, and this is the cleanest one I could find. I refuse to give my autistic son any sucralose or any other synthetic sugars, so it was wonderful to find this option! After opening it, I was really worried that he wouldn't drink it, because the spirulina smell is pretty strong, as is the taste. I have been buying a hot chocolate mix that has cocoa and monk fruit instead of normal sugar. I added a tablespoon of that to the mix and my son drank it right down!! So far, the plan is working great and I'm so happy and thankful to be able to finally get him some good nutrients. For those who are interested, monk fruit is safe for kids, and can be mixed in equal parts with cocoa to make a healthy chocolate milk mix. I love the Lankanto brand.
