These capsules are easy to swallow. Keep in mind the dosage is 4 capsules per serving so you are going to go through this sooner than a month.

I wasn’t exactly sure if I expected this to do much for me, but I really think it has been good for me. I like that the supplements are made with natural ingredients that don’t make me worry so much about what exactly im consuming. I feel more balanced and my cycles seem less of a problem for me.

not sure what's in this but they gave me a tummy ache. it could just be me. but Im too scare to give it another try.
