Well after finally getting to try this shilajit resin for the past days, I will gladly say that this is definitely an interesting resin supplement especially the taste it has to it. do note for many it will take a while to get used to this type of flavor to the taste buds but after taking it each day, it will start to adapt to it. to that's how it was for me. at first I will say that I didn't like the earthy taste even with my warm tea or water, but when I tried it with a spoon of natural honey, it was delicious. it was like the honey nullified the bitterness taste and made it sweeter. very interesting. As for any effects, other than the dry mouth after about a hour of consuming,I haven't noticed that much as I haven't been taking it for a long time which by the way will take quite a while due to a person's body and absorption rate so keep that in mind. since I found out that I can consume this resin with honey, I definitely will be taking this as a early morning pick me up snack before I head out on my morning walk.

This package came right in time as I was starting to feel a fever coming. I love the packaging and the information provided on the label. I like the fact it’s naturally sourced and organic! I know it’s real shilajit because I let it sit for a few days and there no film on top. Bonus: I absolutely adore the little golden spoon!After the first day, I noticed my fever symptoms started to reduce!! If you’ve done your research on shilajit, you’ll know how amazing this product is! I’m happy with my purchase from the goodbye company and excited to how one month of shilajit will have on my body. Ran some tests, not pure shilajit. Made me feel horrible after taking it, and unfortunately can’t return item.

My first time trying Shilajit Resin after many years of being interested and desiring to try. Now that I finally have, I must say, I’m very impressed and I think it will be a part of my daily regime from here on out. I researched online before making my decision, and this turned out to be one of the best resins. At first, it gives you a beautiful burst of vibratory energy, then it becomes subtle over time but it’s still felt. And I don’t know, but something about this Shilajit resin just feels so right and makes me feel super good on the inside. Taste is to be acquired as it has a very strong and bitter flavor, but for the benefits provided, it’s most definitely worth the hype. 10/10 highly recommend!

First and foremost, I know what you’re thinking… eww right? Actually, NO! Taste wise, it’s a tad bitter but hear me out. Make it into a shooter and then wahla- no taste 😉 you can also add it to tea, coffee etc but honestly it’s best to shooter it, get all the benefits and then your done.To the important part, the benefits.This one product helps with hormonal health and cognitive. I have noticed a difference with my hormones, which are normally here to China. The taste is kinda of strong.. but I also like my coffee very strong, even iced, flavored, sugar, & creamed. It’s quite perfect actually because of this fact about myself.. sometimes alil extra boosted caffeine helps me & the healthier, purer, and fresher.. the better! Thanks SO MUCH COUSINSSSIBBBBSSS!

Compared to another manufacturers version of the same product. This product does not dissolve very well in boiling water and has an inconsistency within the mixture, including a very grainy look and feel.

Great quality and the taste isn’t that bad. I mix it into my hot tea or water! Only been taking it for a few days but I’m already seeing some health benefits. My quality of sleep has been better too! Only need a pea size amount per day for effectiveness.
