Hi everyone, I am Deepesh back with another review, Talking about this product this is a budget islolate protien, i have been using this since 1 month and seen some drastic changes in my body. My transformation works on a perticular basis where my weight is 90kg and height is 6'3, When i started intake nakpro i took 2 scoops a day which gave me around 53 grams of protien and rest i have covered with my diet. About product :- 1. Taste The taste is overwhelming and not so sweet which generally other protien add more sweetners. Mark (4/5) 2. Mixability Is good and mixs well within 4 -5 shakes. mark(4/5) 3. Results The results of every protien is great utill you took good diet with well work. This protien (flavoured one i have used) is good because after the intake i didn't feel bloated and constipated, this digests well. Cons :- They didn't mentioned which lecitin they have used (soy or sunflower) Please if someone from nakpro reading this please send me the name of lecitin. I have personally done a lab test report of this And the report shows approximately content as the company mentioned. Thanks

Ordered cookies and cream flavor and regretting it..doesn't dissolve quickly and their is hardly any taste in this flavor..better to stick to chocolate or malai kulfi

Pros: The mixability is pretty good, doesnt form any lumps even in cold milk. I tried the cookies and cream flavour and it tastes decent. It contains 28g of protein which is pretty good at this price point and doesnt cause any stomach discomfort or bloating. The results are good too as digests pretty well. Cons: The only issue that I have with this product is the use of sucralose. Sucralose is a zero calorie artificial sweetener and is said to have little or no effects on blood sugar and insulin levels which is a very good thing but sucralose is highly controversial. Some new studies suggest that it may have some effects on your metabolism and the problems related to gut as said by other reviewers may be due to its use in this product. However its not that big of an issue so I think this product is definitely worth buying.

The product curdles as I blend it with water. Quality issue. Used this flavour for first time. A disaster. I generally use the unflavoured variants of nakpro, they were all good. Please maintain quality.

So i have used On , ISOpure , My fitfuel , muscle blaze and even Zomato protein which is now stopped manufacturing but one thing good for all above mentioned products was that atleast their texture was like protein and only thing which kept differing was absorbing and taste but this one is exact like smoothie so thick . So when you mix this protein some weird bubbles like texture is formed and issue is it does not settle even if you keep it on side for 5 mins.. i had once now i am wondering how will I have this whole pack . I am really not sure how beautiful the results are of this protein and i am not sure if i will be able to even finish this to understand the results Tip - honest suggestion within same range you get other brands go for that since these one is like difficult to drink
