A Little Does it!! True, Organic Concentrated Stevia Powder :)
This goes a long way. I think it sweetens the best in baking of the brands I've tried. Would recommend!

Good taste, good value, easy to use
I have this Purisure organic stevia on subscription and have been buying it for a couple of years now, so clearly we are happy with it. I appreciate the consistent quality of this product and the value the price-vs-quantity represents. Stevia is a little quirky in that in its pure form (like this), too much added to coffee or tea imparts an odd taste. I suggest starting with just a very small amount (a quarter of a 1/4 teaspoon might be a good starting point) and trying that, adding more a very little at a time until you've got the right level of sweetness for your taste. Once you figure the right amount, it's not hard to keep it dialed in. If it starts tasting weird, you've probably added too much. I do recommend this Purisure organic stevia.

beware how much you use
It is extremely sweet, I don't bake but I would imagine it would be great for that. use one of those toy chemistry set spoons otherwise you are in for a an unpleasant sweet rush. I dip a spoon tip and take it out and use whatever is stuck on the spoon for my morning coffee or evening tea, I don't have a sweet tooth. I use it to make electrolyte drinks (check YT for recipe), to avoid too much sugar, I am on a diet. And it is great in lemonade, can you imagine drinking as much as you want with zero calories!! I don't bake so I.ve been using it for a long time now, and suspect that it will last a year. good bargain, enjoy. PS. other sugar substitutes have been linked to cancer (check the news mid july 2023), not this one

Love this sweetener!
I'm not sure where this pure Stevia sweetener has been all my life. For decades I've used aspertame sweetener in my coffee and iced tea. I drink iced tea at a rate of about 1/2 - 3/4 of a gallon a day all by myself. My tea is always with me. My grandchildren love my tea but my daughter in law would not allow me to let them have it because of the Aspertame. Being a good grandma, I wanted to still be able to share with them so I asked her if she would be ok with Stevia and she said she would. So, I went searching for an alternative. It had to be economical, taste good and be easy to measure. This is it!!! For decades I tore open 20 packets of Equal (or generic equivalent) almost every day to sweeten my gallon of tea. This takes 1/2 teaspoon to sweeten an entire gallon. So easy and quick! It does seem to require a bit more stirring than Equal but that's totally offset by not having to rip open 20 little packets. I read comments of it being bitter but I haven't found that to be the case at all. It is perfectly sweet. The seller had it in my hands 2 days after ordering so that was great. The next time I saw the kids I could offer them some sweet tea!! 5* for flavor, 5* for value and 3* for presentation. It comes in basically a sealed ziploc style bag. Be careful transferring it to another container. The powder is very fine and puffed up through the air a bit. It would be nice if it came in a small screw top jar or canister of some sort but that is definitely not a deal breaker. I will definitely be reordering when I run out but I expect at the rate of 1/2 tsp. per gallon that will take awhile.

I prefer this brand over others for flavor
Stevia can have a weird flavor. This one has a softer flavor that is better than other brands Ive tried. I like southern sweet tea. I add a little sugar and a little stevia so I get to enjoy my sweet tea without the excess sugar. Does not have erythritol, which is thought to be bad for you. This is pure organic stevia which means super concentrated. I use a teaspoon in 1.5 gallons of sweet tea.

Don't go by the equivalents on the back!
I gave this 4 stars because of the wasted ingredients I had in figuring out the correct amount to use. The back says 1 Tbsp = 1 cup sugar. I gagged! It was gross, too sweet, and had a terrible aftertaste. I ended up with a little less than a 1/2 tsp for a cup of sugar. That's a big difference. The other thing, it is a bit difficult to get it to disolve. Make sure to sprinkle it over your liquid before mixing if you just put a spoonful in it tends to form a ball and not disperse through out the batter. Once I worked it out I made a sugar free bread pudding that was good.

Lasts a long time!!
Don't listen to the people complaining about the price, the price on this product is a total steal! Trust me a very tiny amount goes a long way, and I came back to write a review 3 years later to provide a testimony to this!! I had ordered other stevia brands at the same time as this one so I didn't start using this until like approx. one year and a half ago but dang I've been using it more or less daily to mix with coffee or tea and I feel like I've barely dented the bag. You need just a small tiny amount, you basically just get your spoon wet and dip it in the bag and get a little tiny powder on your spoon and mix it with your cup of whatever and it totally sweetens your drink. I bet this bag would last me like 4-5 years no joke !!! It taste really good and it doesn't have erythriol that has you running for the toilet. It's good stuff. the price point is pfft, underpriced if you ask me. if I was selling this, I would sell it for like $40 a bag :D haha lucky its not me selling it!
