This is a great product. Well made and the silicon band fits perfectly. Does exactly what it’s designed for and really easy to clean.

Prefer the handle to the handleless version

Great looking jug, but very difficult to clean due to narrow neck with milk getting 'burnt' on bottom even on lowest heat and not boiling, so returned. Swapped for Dualit Milk Frother Max, which although double the price is far more multi-functional than the jug.

The product is great. It is very nice that you can directly heat the milk in the jug and it's easy to use. Nevertheless, I bought new and the packaging was open so everything looked as refurbished. It didn't come sealed as other subminimal product that I have. It did not come with the certificate of authenticity and the access code for latter art master class. The code outside of the box was already even scratched so it really looked it was refurbished rather than brand new. Really disappointed with this one as I own NanoFoamer v2 lithium and packing there was great.

Not even a week into using the product there was rust showing on the spout of the milk jug, would not recommend.

Pitcher full of hot milk can fall out of sleeve easily. Has happened several times. Additionally sleeve can catch on the cup if you rest it on there to try make nice latte art.

Great quality! I have been using this for over six months now. The jug looks exactly the same except for some scratches at the bottom. I should say I never used this for latte art, so I do not know how easily to use in that regard. The jug looks sophisticated, and it is worthy to add to your coffee making tools.
