Were better than most
When the bag was first opened, they tasted good. But within a few days they were getting the rancid walnut taste. Walnuts are not cheap. So now i know to use them in just a few days after opening.

Lowers cholesterol!
I bought these because I have to eat more nuts and seeds to lower cholesterol. This is the only way for me to eat walnuts and seeds. I use 1 package of instant pistachio pudding, 1 large can of crushed pineapple including juice, 1/2 container fat free cool whip, an 8oz bag of chopped walnuts and 1 TBS chia seeds. A healthier version of Watergate salad. No marshmallows needed. It's sweet enough and a healthy 1/4 cup dessert at night. I freeze half for the following week.
