UPDATE: I am still taking this product over a year later. When I run out, my energy level plummets. I was always so tired. So I reorder and once it arrives, I feel better again within days. It really has become a product I don't want to be wuthout. / I bought this product about a month ago. I am female, 45, and I have been having trouble with fatique, depression, and not being able to lose weight. I found this product and liked the reviews so I decided to try it. To be clear: I AM dieting, excercising moderately, and have totally stopped drinking alcohol (because I was drinking a glass of wine every evening and beer on weekends). I take my DHEA every morning. Maybe its a combination of all these things, but I have finally lost five pounds. I am sleeping better. I wake up feeling refreshed. I have more energy. Most importantly, my mood is far better. I am content and happy instead of feeling down and exhausted. Not sure DHEA is the main cause for this, but I am 100% sure that it is not hurting, so I will be continuing to use it from now on. I feel like its been safe and effective. I would recommend this product if you haven't tried it. I honestly believe it's helping me. Update: Still using this product and I know for certain it helps my energy level and weight control. I ran out of my latest bottle about a week ago and ordered again, for I don't know, maybe the fifth or sixth time? I have already lost my pep, waiting on the new bottle to arrive. I don't mind giving myself a short break, but I sure can't go long without this product. Oh, and I have nothing at all to gain by posting this review, just wanting folks to know I am still very pleased. I have recommended it a lot of my friends, it really seems to help me and my thyroid doctor told me it was fine to take it.

Good quality product!

I didn't feel any change until after the first 5 days. After trying it out continuously and isolating it down to my use of the product (1 tab per day with food), I have decided not to proceed since the side effects outweighed the advantages I expected out of it. This include: irritability and acne I felt more of myself without taking this product. This may simply be just me, and the way my body reacts to it. [EDIT 04/14/2017] With respect to the company's efforts to make it right, I have decided to update this review based on experience. Here are a few things I would like to say so it helps those who are in search of products like this. Product Review: While the original statements I made were true in terms of how the product reacted to my body initially, these are my latest discoveries. After my initial attempt where I was dissatisfied, I decided to avoid it for two weeks to cleanse my system of it. I made sure that my fluid intake was at normal levels. I then decided to retake the product but instead of daily, I went every other day (sometimes more), and before going to bed at night. Doing so produced the positive results I was hoping for. Long story short, the recommended dosage was for too high for what my body could happily accept. I am no longer irritable, and my back acne, non-existent. I also get the "good youthful energy levels" and my normal work stress seems to be at manageable {and at better} levels. I feel much better! Customer Service Review: I must say that their customer service team is about doing things right and making things right. They reached out to me to understand and hear out my non-subjective feedback. They provided recommendations and every means to ensure that I was at the very least satisfied with their customer service no matter what level of satisfaction I may have had towards their product at the time. Kudos to them and their values. In all due fairness, I will be bumping up this review from 1 to 4 stars and will continue with the use of the product. Will continue to provide updates as satisfaction increases.

I started taking this DHEA supplement a few weeks ago and I can honestly feel the difference. My energy and mood have improved, and I feel more balanced overall. It also helps with focus and supports hormonal health in a very natural way. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. Definitely a great choice for women looking to support their hormones and vitality!

When I first started taking this product it seemed to give me more energy, no negative at all. After about 4-5 days I noticed I was soooooooo sleepy and dragging trying to get my day started. It was a couple days driving my 45 minutes commute to work I would be so sleepy it was scary! I would have to call friends or turn the music up to keep from falling asleep. After parking at work one day and sitting in my car for about 10 mins before I could get out I thought about this medicine. Not sure what I may have done wrong cause I always made sure to take it as directed on the bottle. I’m sure it’s just my body, but it was also scary. I admit not to getting 8-10 hours of sleep a night but by sleeping at least 6 it wasn’t healthy for me to continue to take them. After I gave myself a break from taking them I did notice a BIG difference, not sleepy like I was while taking this. I did try to take this medicine last night to see if it would make a difference between taking it in the morning. I will try to leave another review in a few more days to see how I feel today after taking the pill last night. It can be worth a try since everyone is different.

Hair is looking fabulous with the added biotin. Energy level feels good, not overly tired. Pill is decent size to swallow easily. Not harsh. Hoping to not need it after my IVF cycle but will take again if necessary. Great product and quality
