These KIND Breakfast Protein Bars in Dark Chocolate have quickly become my go-to morning snack. They offer the perfect balance of rich dark chocolate flavor with a hearty, wholesome texture. Pretty dry, need more moisture. But otherwise have good taste.

Easy breakfast or snack if you’re in a hurry and need some quick protein. I use Subscribe & Save, so they are a great value. I appreciate the net carbs / relatively low sugar content. Kind Bars make quality products and I find the taste & texture to be much better than a lot of other “protein” bars/products. This is a monthly staple for me. I also buy extra whenever they are available though any extra savings promotion. It’s hard to find a better deal at any grocery store.

I love these breakfast bars. I hesitated to write this review because the last time I wrote one, Amazon decided that I was "paid" to do so because I raved about them so much. So, I'm just going to say they taste great, are reasonably healthy and great for an "on-the-run" (or "I just don't feel like cooking") breakfast. Once I tasted them, I set up a subscription and I think that, alone, speaks volumes. Life is so much easier now :)

I was not a fan of these - they have great quality ingredients, and I was so excited for the taste. However, they were dry, crumpled easily, and just did not taste well, kind of like burnt cinnamon. I wanted to like them because they’re healthy and convenient but they’re just too hard/stale for me!

Is it the most indulgent chocolate flavor? No. Is it a reliable, slightly chewy, satisfyingly dense brick of fuel? Absolutely. Eat one and you’ll be full. Eat two and you’ll question your life choices.

This is yet another flavor of a series of breakfast bars that I have reviewed before. The Kind bars are all excellent, and this flavor is no exception. Please see my review of the others, then try this one for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
