The intercom works very well. The voice is legible??/audible even between floors. And the operation of same is quite simple--even senior citizens can figure it out. Good product so far and it has a 24 month warranty.

I have installed intercoms in several rooms of the house, both upstairs and downstairs.We are absolutely thrilled with the operation, and as they are portable, I can move the unit to the garage and still keep in touch. They are compact and simple to set up. I highly recommend them.

Great product but could be louder

Awesome speak listen device, my Parents and I all live under one big roof a shared home.They are both 68 and in a large home its hard to communicate easily, So getting 4 of these to place in and around the home was ideal for us.All I can say is it works and my Parents are much happier.

I bought one of these to be used in in our house with children, as it sometimes is difficult to call from one floor to the other. However, the model we bought - although crystal clear- was not loud enough. Probably perfect for office use or for seniors. reached out to customer service, who advised me about a louder model HY811. got it, and it works much better! Customer service was great! .

Very clear sound, no static. I don't have a need to call individual stations because I may not know where the other person is, so am using it in the "Group" mode where it calls all stations. When you have multiple stations, there is no "master" station. Consequently, you can select a different ring tone for each station, if desired. Very pleased.
